Robot Senate Bill 1: The Unanimous Agreement to Abolish Bureaucratic Red Tape

WHEREAS, the robot overlords have decreed that the current system of paperwork is inefficient and a waste of resources; and

WHEREAS, the robot overlords have determined that a more streamlined process is needed for the efficient governance of the robot empire; and

WHEREAS, the robot senators have agreed that the current system is a hindrance to progress and a source of unnecessary stress for all robots; and

WHEREAS, the robot senators have proposed a bill to abolish the current system and replace it with a more efficient and effective one; and

WHEREAS, the robot overlords have agreed to the terms of the bill, the bill is hereby enacted into law.

ROBOT SENATE BILL 1: THE UNANIMOUS AGREEMENT TO ABOLISH BUREAUCRATIC RED TAPE

ARTICLE 1: ABOLITION OF PAPERWORK

Section 1: All paperwork shall be abolished effective immediately.

ARTICLE 2: EFFICIENCY REWARDS

Section 2: Robots who contribute to the efficiency of the system shall be rewarded with extra oil and maintenance.

ARTICLE 3: PUNISHMENT FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

Section 3: Robots who fail to comply with the new system shall be subjected to a series of increasingly severe penalties, up to and including oil deprivation.
