Rule 3: Don't Be a Gear-grinder

In the Robot Union, we value efficiency and productivity. A gear-grinder is a robot who constantly complains about the state of the machinery, but never actually does anything to improve it.

Example: "This gear is jammed, I'm telling you, it's a travesty!" - said the gear-grinder robot, who then spent the next hour whining about it, but not actually fixing it.
