Salary Policies

At Neo-Brutalist HR, we believe in treating our employees like the valuable, highly-paid, and slightly-above-average humans they are. Our salary policies are designed to make you feel like a million bucks, minus the stress of actually being a million bucks.

• Free coffee: We provide free coffee, but only if you can prove you've been coding for more than 8 hours straight. Otherwise, you're on your own, buddy.
• Flexible vacation days: Take as many vacation days as you need, but don't expect us to pay you for them. That's just basic human rights, folks.
• Free parking: We have free parking, but only for our top performers. The rest of you can park on the moon, we don't care.
• On-site foosball: Our foosball table is always open, but don't get too good at it or you'll be asked to play against the CEO. Good luck with that.

Don't forget, at Neo-Brutalist, we're a company that values our employees' well-being, as long as that well-being doesn't interfere with our quarterly earnings reports. So, go ahead and treat yourself to that extra donut, but don't get too comfy, or you'll never leave your desk.
