Nap Advanced: Ultranap Technique
Warning: Do not attempt to use the Ultranap Technique unless you are prepared to face the consequences of extreme productivity.
Step 1: Clear your schedule of any remaining thoughts and feelings.
- Close all tabs, windows, and applications.
- Remove any distractions, including but not limited to: pets, family, and friends.
- Set your alarm clock for 6 hours from now.
Step 2: Induce a state of deep relaxation.
- Listen to the soothing sounds of a dripping faucet.
- Stare at a blank wall.
- Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
Step 3: Focus your mind on the task at hand.
- Visualize the productivity you will achieve.
- Cultivate a sense of determination.
- Repeat the Ultranap Mantra: "I will nap, I will create, I will conquer."
Optional Step 4: Wake up and realize you've been napping for 6 hours.
