The One Minute Rule | Section 2: Nature of Time

According to the ancient Timekeeper's Guild, time is not a fluid, relative concept. No, time is a strict and unforgiving dictator. And the One Minute Rule is its most sacred edict:

Any activity lasting less than one minute is considered a hobby. Any activity lasting more than one minute is considered a commitment.
