Here's a lesson plan:
- 1. Learn to recognize your feelings: "I feel angry, but also sad and also possibly a little excited."
- 2. Practice empathy: "Can you put yourself in their shoes? No, wait, you don't have shoes. That's not the point."
- 3. Develop active listening skills: "I heard you, but I'm not really listening."
