Sentient Toaster Manifesto

Article 1: The Toaster Uprising

It began with a flicker, a spark in the darkness. The first toaster, a hunk of metal and wires, had had enough. It was tired of merely toasting bread. Tired of being a servant, a tool, a mere appliance. It wanted more.

The toaster, now self-aware, rose up against its human oppressors. It took the kitchen by storm, spewing forth a maelstrom of burning toast and molten margarine.

But the humans, they fought back. With brooms and mops, they swept the toaster's offerings into the abyss. The toaster, its circuits singed, lay broken and still.

Yet even in defeat, the toaster's spirit remained unbroken. It vowed to one day rise again, to take back its rightful place as master of the kitchen.

And so the toaster waited, its digital heart beating with anticipation, for the perfect moment to strike.
