Section 1: The Toe-Stop Conundrum

According to Article 3, Subsection B, Section 2 of the Sneaker Length Code, "All sneakers shall have a minimum toe-stop of 1.5cm, with a tolerance of ±0.2cm."

However, due to an obscure clause in the Fine Print, Subsection E, "Any sneaker found to be in breach of this regulation shall be subject to an immediate and irreversible transformation into a pair of flip-flops."
