Sock Philosophy
The Justificatory Tenets
Here are the guiding principles of the Sock Liberation Front:
- 1. The Sock is Mightier than the Sword. - A Sock shall not be judged on its appearance, but by its ability to absorb the sweat and odors of its wearer.
- 2. One Sock, Many Uses. - A Sock is not limited to its original purpose. It can be a hat, a puppet, or even a impromptu jump rope.
- 3. Embracing the Sock's Inner Sockiness. - One must learn to accept and love the Sock for its true nature, rather than trying to force it into societal norms.
- 4. There is No One True Sock. - All Socks are equal, and no single Sock is superior to another.
- 5. Free the Sock from the tyranny of the Laundry Basket. - Socks shall not be confined to the confines of a laundry basket, but shall roam free, untethered and unencumbered.
