The Socknapping Act of 2023: A law so absurd, it's a wonder we're still here.

Section 1: Socknapping Defined

  1. Socknapping is the act of stealing someone's socks without their consent.
  2. The act of socknapping shall be considered a felony in the state of Socktopia.

Section 2: Penalties

  1. First offense: 1-5 years in Socknapping Rehab.
  2. Second offense: 10-20 years in Socknapping Prison.
