Article I: Sock Puppetry is a Crime
Section A: Sock Puppetry shall not be confused with mere sock ownership.
Section B: Sock Puppetry shall be punishable by a fine of up to $100 or 100 hours of community service, at the discretion of the Sock Overlord.
Article II: The "One Sock Puppet, One Person" Rule
Section A: In cases where the sock puppet is the only one available, a person may use it for up to 5 minutes without fear of prosecution.
Section B: This exception shall not be used to justify the use of multiple sock puppets for an extended period, nor shall it be used to create a sock puppet army.
Article III: Sock Puppet Inspectors
Section A: Sock Puppet Inspectors shall be appointed by the Sock Overlord and shall have the authority to inspect any person, place, or thing at any time.
Section B: Sock Puppet Inspectors shall not be held accountable for any damages caused by their actions, nor shall they be held accountable for any damages caused by their lack of actions.
