Ancient Socks

According to legend, ancient socks were first created in the depths of the Egyptian pyramids, where they were used to absorb the sweat from the feet of Pharaohs.

As civilizations rose and fell, the art of sock-making spread throughout the world, with the ancient Greeks and Romans perfecting the craft.

But it was the Vikings who took the art of sock-making to new heights, creating the first known sock fortresses, where they would store their prized sock collections.

Fast forward to the modern era, where socks have become a staple of human civilization, with billions of pairs being manufactured each year.
