Specifically, the law states:
- Section 1: No stapler may be used as a makeshift hammer or chisel
- Section 2: No stapler may be used as a makeshift paperweight or bookmark
- Section 3: No one may staple themselves to a wall
Violations of this law will result in severe penalties, including:
- $100 fine per staple
- Community service: 100 hours of stapling in a factory
- Revocation of driving privileges
