Attendance Policy: Because Showing Up is Hard Work

At Neo-Brutalism, Inc., we understand that showing up on time is a challenge. That's why we've established this attendance policy, because we're not made of money.

What is the attendance policy?

Our attendance policy is simple: if you show up, we'll let you in. If you don't show up, we'll let you in anyway, because who needs rules?

What are the exceptions?

We have a few exceptions, but don't worry, they're not too complicated:

What about holidays?

We observe all major holidays, except for Valentine's Day, because that's just a made-up holiday created by Hallmark.

What about weekends?

We're closed on weekends, but only because our CEO is allergic to productivity.

What about sick days?

We don't have sick days, because who needs a doctor when you have a good excuse?

What about vacation days?

We don't have vacation days, because you're not going anywhere that's not a cubicle.

What about mental health days?

We have mental health days, but only if you're willing to talk about your feelings with our CEO's therapist, who also happens to be our accountant.

See our rules for more information on how to survive in this attendance policy.
