Tardiness Policy: Definitions
As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain an environment conducive to productivity, we've established a set of definitions to clarify what constitutes Tardiness.
- Chronic Tardiness: A condition where an individual's tardiness becomes an ingrained habit, often accompanied by a noticeable lack of urgency.
- Acute Tardiness: A one-time instance of tardiness, often caused by external factors such as excessive coffee consumption or a particularly engrossing YouTube video.
- Tardiness by Design: A deliberate attempt to delay or procrastinate, often accompanied by a smug sense of accomplishment.
Please note that these definitions are subject to change as we continue to refine our Tardiness Policy.
