Telekinetic Exercises - Level 1: Basic Mind Control
Warm up with some simple exercises:

- Practice controlling a small, inanimate object (like a paperclip) with your mind. Don't worry if you can't actually lift it off the table; just try to make it wobble a little.
- Imagine a nearby object is a giant, menacing robot and try to shut it down using only your thoughts.
