Session 4: The Patient is a Liar

The patient, whose name is withheld for their protection, has been making up 97% of their entire life story. Their favorite hobby is lying, and they have a Ph.D. in it. They claim to be an expert on everything, from quantum physics to professional snail training.

When asked about their childhood, they claimed to have been raised by a pack of wild wolves in the depths of Mongolia. When asked about their job history, they claim to have invented the wheel, harnessed space travel, and won several Nobel prizes. We're not sure what's more concerning: the extent of their deception or their lack of creativity.

Notes to Self:

1. Patient is a pathological liar. Do not trust anything they say.

2. Patient's favorite book is probably a dictionary, given their love of wordplay.

3. Patient's lack of shame is impressive, but also concerning.
