How to Extreme Pacing:

  1. Set a timer for 10 minutes, and challenge yourself to do as little as possible during that time.
  2. Take breaks every 5 minutes to stare at a wall and contemplate the meaninglessness of existence.
  3. Use the Pomodoro Technique, but replace "focus" with "distract" and "task" with "video game">
