Levels of Sleep
Steve's Napping Guru Training Program recognizes five distinct levels of sleep, each with its own unique characteristics and benefits. Our program teaches you how to achieve each level, and how to progress from one to the next.
Our levels of sleep include:
- Wakefulness Level 0: The state of being completely awake and alert
- Sleep Level 1: The lightest level of sleep, where you're still aware of your surroundings but your eyes feel heavy
- Sleep Level 2: A medium level of sleep, where you're no longer aware of your surroundings but can be easily awakened
- Sleep Level 3: A deep level of sleep, where you're difficult to awaken and may experience some memory loss
- Sleep Level 4: The highest level of sleep, where you're completely unconscious and may experience vivid dreams
