Subject: Mandatory Fun

As per my latest decree, all subordinates are now required to wear funny hats on Fridays.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

Forced watching of the Galactic Subordinates' version of "The Office"
Extra duties, such as cleaning the space station's toilets
Loss of privileges, including access to the cafeteria's "Free Snack Friday" program
