As per the Great Overlord's Decree 3456, all subordinates are hereby informed that failure to comply with the following regulations shall result in severe penalties.
Regulation 1: All subordinates are expected to wear their uniforms at all times, even during leisure activities.
Regulation 2: All subordinates are prohibited from speaking in hushed tones. Loudness is expected.
