The Sock-Treaty of the Socks, signed into existence by our beloved leader, Sockius Maximus, on the 14th day of February, 2023, has been a cornerstone of our great nation's infrastructure since its inception. This document outlines the rules, regulations, and general guidelines for sock ownership and usage in our great land.

Article 2, Section 1: Socks shall be worn with all articles of clothing, including but not limited to pants, shirts, and underwear.
Article 2, Section 2: Socks shall be changed daily, unless the wearer is engaging in extreme athletic activities, in which case they may be changed as often as necessary.
This article has been amended 14 times since its inception, with the most recent amendment adding a clause requiring all socks to be paired with a matching hat.
