BY THE POWER VESTED IN ME, THE TUESDAY OVERLORD, I, TUESDAY OVERLORD III, PROCLAIM AND COMMAND:
That all citizens of the land must wear socks with sandals in a visible, unashamed manner
- ARTICLE I: Socks shall be worn with sandals at all times, except during leap years, when they may be worn with slippers.
- ARTICLE II: No one shall be allowed to wear socks with sandals in a manner that is deemed 'tacky' by the Tuesday Overlord.
- ARTICLE III: All violators of this mandate shall be subject to a minimum of 5 days of community service, cleaning up after the Tuesday Overlord's cat.
