Pasta Aglio e Olio
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Step 1: Boil the spaghetti until it's al dente.
Step 2: Mince the garlic and crush it with a spoon.
Step 3: Heat the olive oil in a pan over low-medium heat.
Step 4: Add the crushed garlic and stir until fragrant.
Step 5: Add the cooked spaghetti and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
