Because who needs a functioning oven, anyway?
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of spaghetti (cooked to a delightful undercook)
- 1 lb of ground beef (80/20 fat ratio, because why not?}
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (preferably in a tin can with a stuck lid)
- 1 cup of beef broth (chicken, pork, or a mix of all the leftovers)
- 1 tsp dried basil (or 1 cup of fresh, who cares?)}
- 1 tsp dried oregano (or 1 cup of fresh, same deal)
- Grated Parmesan, because you're a functioning adult
- Salt and pepper, to taste (if you can be bothered)
Instructions:
- Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a pan, because you're feeling fancy.
- Add the ground beef, and cook until it's 90% brown.
- Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and herbs. Simmer until it's hot and slightly congealed.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti, because who needs a plate?
- Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of apathy.
- Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of apathy.
- Optional: add a side of stale bread for a real treat.
Enjoy your undercooked spaghetti bolognese, because you've earned it!
