Department of Unnecessary Red Tape - Section 1, Paragraph 2

As per regulation 427-B, paragraph 3, subsection 1, all employees are required to fill out form 345-B in triplicate for every minor infraction, including but not limited to: using a stapler that is not approved by the Department of Unnecessary Red Tape; wearing socks with more than two holes in them; and/or eating a snack that has not been pre-approved by the Department's snack committee.
