By law, all visitors are required to fill out Form 4-1: Bureaucratic Information Request within 30 minutes of arrival. Failure to do so will result in Delayed Processing Fees of up to 500% of the original request.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times for this section may take up to 4 years or more, depending on the whims of the Bureaucratic Overlords.
