Phase 2: Advanced Recovery Plan
Phase 2: Advanced Recovery Plan is for individuals who have completed Phase 1: Acceptance and are ready for more challenging exercises.
These exercises will help you build on your existing knowledge and skills, and introduce more complex techniques to aid in your recovery.
Phase 2: Advanced Recovery Plan includes:
- Intensive mindfulness meditation sessions
- Aggressive yoga practices
- High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
- Group support sessions
Please note that these exercises should only be attempted by individuals who have successfully completed Phase 1: Acceptance.
