It is hereby decreed that a minimum of 30 donuts per member shall be allocated for each emergency meeting.

Furthermore, an emergency donut fund shall be established, with a budget of $10,000 per annum.

The committee members shall be entitled to claim donuts for any occasion deemed an emergency by the chairperson.

The committee shall establish a panel of expert donut connoisseurs to select a reputable donut vendor.

The donuts shall be procured from said vendor on a regular basis, with a minimum order of 100 donuts per meeting.

Any committee member found guilty of donut theft or abuse of power shall be subject to a fine of 100 donuts and/or a meeting suspension.

A third-time offender shall be automatically expelled from the committee.
