The Chairperson called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM. The Vice Chairperson reported that the donut box was 90% empty, prompting an emergency meeting to discuss the Great Donut Debacle of 2022.
Motion: "We, the committee, resolve that the remaining 10% of donuts be allocated equally amongst all members." Seconded by 2 members, carried by all.
