And so, after weeks of tireless effort, the Sock Saga has reached its triumphant conclusion. The missing socks, once scattered far and wide, have been gathered and placed in a majestic paradise of matching pairs.
But at what cost? The Committee of Conundrums has been beset on all sides by the Sock Gnomes, tiny creatures with an unnatural affinity for footwear.
The Gnomes, it seems, have been hired as sock wranglers, tasked with maintaining the sock paradise and ensuring that no single sock ever strays too far from its partner.
But don't be fooled, the Sock Gnomes are no friends to the citizens of this fair land. Their motives are shrouded in mystery, and their love of socks borders on the obsessive.
