Committee of Conundrums: Tax Excuses

Because, uh, I had a misunderstanding about the form.

I was on doctor's orders at the time, and the doctor said it was okay to take the week off.

I'm pretty sure I invented a new tax law last year, but it's a work in progress, you know?

Oh, and I'm waiting for celebrity endorsements to make my excuses more convincing.
