Section 1: Membership Obligations
By joining the Committee, members agree to attend at least 3 meetings per quarter, or face the wrath of the Vice-Chair of the Vice-Chair of the Vice-Chair SubCommittee.
Section 2: Meeting Manners
No one is allowed to talk more than 3 times without permission from the Chair of the Committee. Repeated offenders will be subjected to a 1-minute time-out.
Section 3: Conflict of Interest
Members with a conflict of interest must notify the Chair of the Committee at least 24 hours prior to a meeting. Failure to do so will result in a 2-minute time-out.
Section 4: Code of Conduct
No member shall wear a Hawaiian shirt or sandals to any meeting. Exceptions will be made for members with documented medical conditions.
