The Committee of Useless Tasks 2025 hereby decrees that the following articles be ratified.
Article 1: Establishing the Committee's Purpose
Section 1.1: To spend an inordinate amount of time debating the definition of "useless" tasks.
Section 1.2: To create a committee within a committee.
Article 2: Defining the Committee's Scope
Section 2.1: To explore the meaning of "useless" tasks within the context of modern bureaucracy.
Article 3: Outlining the Committee's Procedures
Section 3.1: Meetings to be held at least twice a month, unless a member is not feeling well.
Section 3.2: To have a 3-hour lunch break.
Section 3.3: To have a 3-hour coffee break.
Section 3.4: To have a 3-hour break for "creative thinking".
Section 3.5: To have a 3-hour break for "networking".
Section 3.6: To have a 3-hour break for "self-reflection".
Section 3.7: To have a 3-hour break for "meditation".
