- Ensuring the conference table is aligned with the cosmos
Rule 2: All decisions shall be made by coin toss
Section 2: Voting
Decisions shall be reached through the ancient art of flipping a coin and interpreting the results through a combination of intuition and numerology.
- Heads: The motion passes
- Tails: The motion fails, but only if it's a Tuesday
Rule 3: All meetings shall be attended by at least 5 cats
Section 3: Attendance
Cats are the true arbiters of wisdom and shall be provided with a steady supply of catnip and treats to ensure their participation.
- Minimum of 5 cats required for quorum
- Cats may bring their owners as proxies
