Due to overwhelming scientific evidence, the committee has decreed that all members will take a 2-hour mandatory napping time on Thursday afternoons.

During this time, all electronic devices will be confiscated, and members will be forced to engage in activities such as:

• Napping
• Snacking
• Meditation
• Staring blankly into space
• Daydreaming about world domination

Any attempts to resist or subvert this directive will be met with severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Loss of committee privileges
• Forced viewing of reruns of "The Price is Right" in its entirety
• Reassignment to the "Irritability Committee"
