For the most advanced players, penalties are a way of life.
- 1 point for every 10 minutes spent reading meeting minutes
- 5 points for every 1 hour spent in committee
- 10 points for every successful filibuster
But wait, there's more!
1 bonus point for every "I'm just here for the free food" remark made during a meeting.
And 5 bonus points for every "It's not my job" comment.
