2. The committee shall deliberate on the importance of deliberation.
3. The Assistant Chair Prophets shall summarize the deliberations, using only 17 words or less.
4. Coffee breaks shall be scheduled for precisely 11:15 AM and 3:00 PM.
5. Any decisions made shall be recorded in the Committee Historical Record Book (CHRB) Volume 42, Issue 3, Page 17, Sub-Section 4.
