Subcommittee of Superfluous Spending Agenda Item 4: "Because We Can" Initiative

This subcommittee has been formed to discuss and decide on the most unnecessary expenditures possible.

• Item 1: A new fountain in the middle of the parking lot because why not?
• Item 2: A $1000 statue of a chicken in the lobby because it's art
• Item 3: A 10-story escalator to the 3rd floor because one step at a time
