Pointless Committee Agenda - Motion 4: A Resolution to Do Absolutely Nothing

Subcommittee: The Inactivity Initiative

Motions:

By order of the Pointless Committee, we hereby establish the following motion:

Resolution 1: Procrastination as a Virtue

This motion proposes that procrastination be recognized as a legitimate and valuable skill. It argues that the ability to delay tasks and put things off until the last minute is a sign of great character and will be rewarded with a free coffee machine for the committee room.

Resolution 2: The Art of Doing Nothing

This motion outlines the benefits of doing absolutely nothing productive. It suggests that a well-crafted daydream can be just as valuable as a well-crafted report, and that the art of staring out the window is an underappreciated skill.

Resolution 3: The Benefits of Boredom

This motion argues that boredom is not the enemy, but rather a necessary step on the path to enlightenment. It proposes that the committee establish a "Boredom Reduction Initiative" to help its members find new and exciting ways to be bored.

Resolution 4: The Right to Be Wrong - This motion will be discussed in the next meeting, or maybe not.

Resolution 5: The Committee Should Probably Just Disband - This motion will be discussed in the next meeting, or maybe not.

Next meeting: Never.
