Subcommittee: Committee Foosball League Rules

Rule 1	Players must wear ridiculous outfits during matches.
Rule 2	Each match must be played with a minimum of 5 power-ups.
Rule 3	Players who use the "flippy" move will be disqualified.
Rule 4	Matches may only be played during leap years.
