Progress is Not Progress (A Definition)

We, the members of the subcommittee, have gathered here today to define the definition of progress. Because, apparently, it's not just a given.

Our definition is as follows: "Progress is the sound of one's pants falling down in the wind." - A quote from our esteemed chairperson, who is clearly a sage and wise leader.
