Article 3, Section 2: In the event of a data dispute, the Data Broker shall be granted sole authority to mediate the conflict. This authority shall not be revoked, even if the Data Broker's haircut looks suspiciously like a failed science experiment.
Subsection 1: The Data Broker's decision is final, and shall be binding on all parties involved. Any disputes to the Data Broker's ruling shall be considered an act of rebellion, punishable by forced reading of a 12-hour lecture on the History of Data Brokering.
Subsection 2: In the event of a Data Broker dispute, all parties involved shall be required to attend a mandatory workshop on "Effective Communication: Because Even Data Brokers Can't Read Minds." Attendance shall be mandatory, lest one wishes to face the wrath of the Data Broker's trusty stapler.
