Directive 3456: Mandatory Moustache Policy

In the interest of maintaining a dignified and authoritative presence, all Deputy Denizens are hereby required to don a well-groomed moustache at all times. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Verbal reprimands
• Written warnings
• Detention in the Moustache Reeducation Center
• Revocation of privileges
