The Extreme Ironing Process

Step 1: Find a dirty ironing board

Locate a dirty ironing board, and make sure it's covered in mysterious stains.

Step 2: Iron a shirt with a weird pattern

Choose a shirt with a pattern that will take hours to iron, like tiny little cartoon characters.

Step 3: Take breaks every 2 minutes

Stare out the window for 2 minutes, wondering what you're doing with your life.

Step 4: Re-iron the same spot 5 times

Because, you know, it's not like you're actually getting anything done.

Step 5: Declare yourself a world champion

Put on a cape, and declare yourself the Extreme Ironing World Champion of Procrastination.
