In accordance with Article 1, Section 1, Subsection A of the Ministry of Redundant Regulations, all citizens are hereby mandated to perform the following tasks with utmost diligence and punctuality:
Article 1, Section 2, Subsection B states that all citizens are required to wear hats of a minimum size 7 and a color that contrasts with their attire at least 5 times a week. Failure to comply shall result in penalties of up to 10,000 units of Ministry-approved currency.
