Mandate 1234: Sock Saga

This mandate is a sweeping regulation that affects all citizens with feet.

Section 1: Sock Count

1. Each citizen must own at least 5 pairs of socks.
2. Failure to comply will result in fines and/or community service.
3. Exceptions will be made for those with fewer than 2 feet.

Section 2: Sock Pairing

1. Odd socks must be paired with another odd sock.
2. Even socks must be paired with an even sock.
3. Exceptions will be made for those with an even number of feet.
