Mandate 2: The Style Mandate

As per Article 3, Section 5 of the Neo-Brutalist Code, all style must be maximal, all lines must be jagged, and all colors must be clashing.

Failure to comply will result in penalties including but not limited to:

• Forfeiture of all rights to the use of the term "Minimalist" to describe one's style.
• Imposition of a fine of up to 1,000,000 Galactic Credits.
• Assignment to a style committee for reeducation and reindoctrination.
