MANDATE #3-1-3: The Unyielding Regulations of Unicorns

In accordance with the Regulatory Guidelines for Unicorns, all unicorns operating within the borders of this realm are required to conform to the following:

• Article 1: All unicorns must be painted in a minimum of 5 layers of pure, unadulterated sparkle.
• Article 2: Unicorns must not be ridden by anyone with a height less than 5'3" or a BMI greater than 30.
• Article 3: All unicorns are required to perform a minimum of 3 hours of community service at the local Sparkle-For-Hire center.

Failure to comply with these regulations will result in Immediate and Unrelenting Consequences.
