Mandate 3.2.3 - The Most Important Law Ever Written

Section 1: The Mandate

By the power vested in us, we, the ruling council of the Interdimensional Empire, hereby declare:

Article 1: All inhabitants of the empire must wear pants.

Article 2: Pants must be worn at all times, except on Tuesdays, when it's optional.

Article 3: Failure to comply will result in a fine of 1,000 space-credits per infraction.
